1. Sourcing and Cleaning
Every batch begins with sorting. We use advanced cleaning machinery and hand-sorting to ensure that only clean, uniform pulses, seeds, and nuts proceed to our kitchen.
Spices are cleaned and ground in-house to maintain their aromatic oils and volatile flavors.
2. Dough Preparation & Roasting
We knead our dough using purified water and natural seasonings. No chemical conditioners or softeners are added.
Our experienced cooks monitor the temperature of our pure peanut oil continuously, ensuring the namkeen is cooked evenly, absorbing minimal oil while achieving a light, airy crunch.

3. Nitrogen-Flush Packaging

Our packets are heat-sealed and weighed automatically to ensure absolute accuracy and airtight sealing.
